yea ovc is a damn joke, nothing but suck asses. the little supervisors work there all there life to make $7 bucks an hour. Its a dead end job from hell.

It is a joke. I worked there for a little while a few years ago .because I was desperate.

No vacation days for yourself. People who have worked there for years do not accumulate any vacation days. If you have to miss a day it counts against you.

If you take the insurance and take $20 a week for Christmas club, and take 401k out, the minimum you will bring home under $200 a week.
Who can survive on that.

Patty Kidd is a joke, she sucked her way up. If she worked for a real company she would not last a week. Acts like she is something important as does all the ovc management.lol,

most people around don't even know ovc is still around.

so why dont you take your broke asses to the bank borrow that money stupid people in buisness that is making you back bitters a job dont borrow because large debt and undependable employes will break your ass and start a buisness that has employee perfect benifits if you last long enough to get a idea off what it actually takes to run a co i`d say a lot of buisness`s would be glad to refer you some perfect employes for example work 3 days of 5 a week late 2 of them borrow first days pay on sat because your broke after getting paid on friday the next week leave half your job not finished because noone else helped you do your job that day i forgot i was suposed to do that you didn`t tell me every day all week or a good excuse well used its to cold its to hot its raining it might snow while i`m at work its too dangerous to drive home but when its not work time your out and about all the time either you will work or you wont thats not hard to figure out now is it

OVC is a good place to I worked there 6 years back in the 90's and would love to go back.and for those who ARE COMPLAINING IT IS ONLY 200$ a week try not having a job. then you would appreciate that much a week. and Patty Kidd earned her position I will never believe she ever done anything it says on here to get where she is.I think she worked hard for her position and she can be a nice person if you respect her she will you. when I worked there before they had great benefits plus vacation. I will put it this way they were a whole lot better anyday than lesportsac ever was. talk about people shitting on there workers talk about how lesportsac did there workers then you can say the truth lol but OVC is a great place to work would go back there anyday. Like I have always been told " If your not happy with your job you always find faults , so move on and give someone else the opportunity to work"

OVC sucks, it could never compare to ABC if it was still around. And as far as their employees borrowing money and not showing up for work maybe they should set higher standards to be employed. When I work there you had to be in the click. Factory work is a honest living but that OVC made me realize I needed a college diploma and that's what I did.

Managemant is horrible, they act like they are so much better than everyone else. They could not make it at real job in a real town.

Hell go back to work there, its not like it is hard to get on, just another sucky job that people quit everyday because it sucks!!

You know the job may or may not suck but right now a job is a job I work in the public and there are a lot of people who don't have a job. They would scoop poop off the side walk to feed their family so if you have income coming in then you should be happy and do all you can to keep the doors open. Grow up and work for a living I'm tired of surporting broke backs that want to sit on their ass to draw a check that comes out of my check.
