Not having a jail means our taxes will not increase.

I sure wouldn't count on that! I know no one wants to see it, but our county is broke! I don't see any new revenue in our future, we're going to have to get the money from somewhere. We have a $13,000.00 Ten Commandments case payment due TOMORROW. Where's it going to come from?

Good old boy Jimmy should be made to pay it out of his pocket. He did alot of things when he was in office just to get his name in the spotlight and now we the tax payers are paying for his name being in the lime light. Wheres Jimmy now.

One can get away with having bad mannered children and bad manners themselves and still not have the whole community look down on you like your nuts......one can and many do, just climb out of bed while still in their pjs and go grocery shopping at krogers....you can still keep your self esteem despite having no education, and no money and even no teeth..........so for poor un educated folks who want no better than to live off gov support while still feeling pretty darn good about their poor selves it's a great place to be...for the rest of us who have to put up with the ignorance and rude manners of others around here yet do not have enough gumption or ambition to leave this place we have to suffer the stress of what might have could have been!!!

I can run the septic pipe from my trailer 50 feet away and let it run over the hill. I and make fun of the surrounding counties with all their stupid jobs and stores. I can make one trip out a month to town to get all my supplies and don't have to get up from my lounge chair the rest of the time. I don't have to worry about buying new clothes. Holes are in fashion. I can spit bakker juice on the sidewalk and nobody notices. I love it here.
