Whitinsville man faces fifth drunken driving charge
A 52-year-old Whitinsville man is scheduled to be arraigned in court today on his fifth drunken driving charge after he crashed his motorcycle off an embankment near the abandoned railroad tracks on Glen Avenue last night.

Pssst, this is an internet forum. Hes not writing a book. perfect spelling is not required on the interwebz no matter how much it makes you feel superior by correcting spelling and punctuation.
On topic - If the judges in MA actually did their jobs, this guy would have been serving serious time and not out and about when he obviously cant control himself.
