Paperwork filed at the courthouse shows that Gary Lippold, who co-owned and managed the Glencoe CampResort and the Rock'n the Rally concert venue, sold the property to Deborah Lopez of Hacienda Heights, Calif.

we were aproached while playing a show at the easyrider by shawn in 2011,and offered a tour of glencoe. the next afternoon we all went and were quite impressed by the property,and the hospitality. after consideration,we accepted a deal to play shows and stay at the campgrounds through rallys end. now,I dont know about all this bashing shit,but we were shown an amazing time,shawn was a straight up businessman,not a drug addict,not a pervert,was polite and straight forward in our dealings. If you have problems with them in AZ,then stay yer asses in AZ. sturgis loves shawn and glencoe! and all of us in the band BLIND JOE do too. weve toured the country from coast to coast and if yall think shawn is all that bad,then just stay in your little bubble and dont leave your tiny sheltered homes because im here to tell ya,theres so many people out there looking to hose ya somehow,and shawn wasnt one of them. bottom line businessman. the capgrounds were awesome,with many upgrades,24 hr restaraunts,hot showers,electricity,tattoo artists on site,fantastic environment,no hassles just fun. i guess if yall dont want to come to glencoe,thats alright because theres hundreds more begging to take yer places and we will be some of that group. thanks shawn and devorah for an amazing rally! look forward to 2013. for the rest of yall just talking shit,run along children and find yourselves a life of your own to fuck up.
