this is nothing new ? take a drive to lebanon & work at a agricultaural parts packager in the business park,the only one in the business park much of the same situation.who,s fault is it ? the workers.why are they mot forming an employee union ? it,s the workers decision not the company all they need is enough workers to vote it in.the area warehouses are over run with illegal,s that would be the 1st.thing to chang if americans choose not to put up with the abuse there are plenty of illegals in line that will.if the company chooses to close the facilities due to the fact of a union let them,they will have a bigger bill in moving then it would have cost to treat workers fairly & with respect,and the workers will possibly recieve paid training for an in demand field and end these sweat shops.
