Steve Hilbert is an honest man. I don't see why everyone is making him out to be a crook. I mean he's poor now

If they didn't have a warrant. They had no reason to be in the back yard period. Do the right thing judge. And through out the evidents. You have to go by what the law requires you to do. Not what the cops want you to do.

It's just the man trying to keep them down. Let those kids get drunk and have a good time, let them drink and drive too! But when it comes time to scrape their bodies off the asphalt...all you people that think it's okay?...you can take care of that little problem. Don't let kids drink. At least one life will be lost and that is one less kid who won't be able to grow up to be cool.

Whitestown Police Department officers, Chris Nelson and Jeremy Fargo were two of my better understudies. How could they have possibly bungled this investigation ? Some mighty fine detective work there officers . No officers , you may NOT come into my back yard .

i guess if you have money, you can be a smart ass and tell the police to in so many words to piss off. adults need to take charge of there kids, you have adults endorsing drinking, hmmmmmmmmmm can you say future alcoholics, i wonder.
every adult involved should have been arrested for contributing, as 1 adult should have said this is not right, these kids should not be drinking. if you have a complaint, the police have the cause to investigate, they are not going away.

By the officers own admissions, they had no probable cause to go to the back of the house. ergo illegal search bye bye evidence bye bye case.
But I parents nto beign parents yet again.
A complaint does not equate to probable cause either.
