Phyllis Palmer voted against this rezone because of fear of what might be later developed there? No way! My money says she got marching orders from Plainfield to vote against this rezone because Plainfeild wants something with more density to subsidize the new sewer plant they built to the east on the south side of I-70. Jeez people, just how long are you going to let this brain dead woman try to fool people into thinking she actually has some intelligence?
Still, I am surprised though that she actually voted against the other 2 Commissioners. In her 6+/- years as Commissioner or County Council Member she usually always stalled discussion on things long enough to figure out how other people were going vote before she shut up to vote and stuck neck out.
Does anyone know if her son has been able to move back to Indiana after his embarassment with some insurance shenanigans?
Sorry she beat you in the election but please, get some therapy and get over it.

Actually she beat Eva Yackey. Even with Allan married to Eva, Eva would still be an improvement.

By the way Damon, got them speeding tickets paid off?
