This man is a murderer. He has removed from life a aunt I will never know. He has committed crimes in and out of Jail. How do you get good behavior from that. He hasn't served his whole time and isn't a poor guy. The people hurt are the poor ones. My family who lost a beloved member. Other family members like me who will never know her are the poor ones.

I am sorry that this b.s. has brought unhappiness to your family again. The majority of the community is agreeing with you. There are few that feel he should be released(to re-offend). I would like to ask you a question. Do you know if anyone in your family was notified when he went up for parole? Or have I been watching tooooo much law and order and that doesn't happen in real life? Has anybody from the prosecutors office contacted you for your input? For the sake of you, your family and the community I hope he is kept in prison to complete his term. I don't feel that he earned his "good credit".
