Does anyone know about the Sadonis in the cemetary?

Steve, I doubt you're keeping up with this thread since you posted it so long ago, but I live in Montague and I'll tell you what I know.
Mr. Sadony had a Scientific Lab right next to Mouth Cemetery. There are still buildings standing there, supposably Mr Sadony's buildings. I don't know if he or family members are buried there but there is "supposably" a LOT of spirital activity on the Grounds of Mr. Sadony's lab and in Mouth Cemetary--lots of stories!! Liz |

I had an experience that scared me enough not to go back, a little boy came up to my car and then when i went to go up to the car to see why he was looking in he disappeared. Its not exactly the best place to go if your searching for more than ghosts. As I was with a group we had seen a couple shadow's here and there and a dog that disappeared at the edge of the cemetary. quite strange place. Had a lot of weird things happening in my pictures, like figures of people, partial faces, and even the picture of the dog. we made sure we were respectful to not bother hurting anything or breaking into anything. But the second time i went i had only seen shadows and nothing else happened. interesting for sure.

I've been to the Mouth Cemetary a couple times at night (also quite respectful of my surroundings and careful not to disturb anything) and had quite a few weird occurances myself. The first time I was there, I was touching a gravestone, completely awed by the age of it, and my boyfriend and I heard something like the sound of a gravestone falling over really loud and hitting another gravestone. We got out of there. Another time I was there we were follwed by a black cat. Even though it was quite friendly and meowed a lot, it seemed like it was trying to tell us something. It kept walking towards a grave stone and would prop its front paws up on it and stare at us and meow. It even follwed us out of the cememtary and was sitting and staring at us, watching us leave. Quite odd if you ask me. I would love to go back there again some night soon an d investigate farther...see if any of these sightings of paranormal activity are true.

Hi I lead an amature (spelling?) ghost team. we investigated the grave site and we had alot of acitivity there. We picked up voices such as an older man which was very deep and mysterious..we also had other various age groups of voices. All Caught on evp. We have another language that is apparent as well among the recordings. We did some taping and we managed to capture what was a loud screech as we were leaving the area. We took a digital camera with us and caught orbs and even a face. I myself caught what was to be a black shadow which passed over a light in the area. the thing was..there was no lights even in the area!!

I've been to Sadonys few times enough not to go back... I had way to much stuff happen to me there... We had heard that when you park outside the Cemetery the horse heads on the poles on each side on the enterance you aren't supposed to walk through them you are supposed to go behind them. Otherwise the ghosts of the cemetery will follow you out. We did what they said and we started walking. It was winter so there was snow on the ground and we could see foot prints walking next to us all the way to the house. When we went to the house, the door was jammed by a chair under the door handle from the inside. We finally got in and were standing in the kitchen, there was a 2 liter bottle of coke sitting on the table. There was a date on it which was the present date that we were standing there looking at it. Two of the guys decided to go look up stairs and once they reached the top of the stairs they yelled. Then they were thrown down the stairs. Needless to say we ran like hell to the car.

On Friday the 13th 2007 there was alot of strange occurances. There were sticks and rocks thrown at us from mid-air. There were things brushing up against our bodies. One of my friends was scratched when he was leaving the cemetary. Sticks and rocks were thrown at the car when we were in the car. There was a well that was closed when we were there and then a couple minutes later when we walked past it, it was open.

We make a trip out to Mouth Cemetary on July 17,2007. Before I even got out of my car I took a picture with my digital camera. Sure enough. Orbs everywhere. I'd say at least 60 in one photo. Every picure had some. Out of respect we did not go beyond the fence. I thought that picture was enough for me. When I got home I zoomed in to check out the pictures and in every picturethere are orbs and there is a red or a blue light. Have no idea what that is. What mysterious place.

I went to Mouth Cemetary last night with 7 of my friends. (August 12,2007) We had so many things happening. We took our digital camera with and had alot of big and small orbs by me and two of my other friends. One time we were by were there was a metal fenced in area with grave stones in there and we werent that close to it and two pieces of the fence came down by itself. Later i seen someone wearing white and it went behind the pine tree and didnt see it again. Later we kinda felt a bad vibe in there after the 2nd hour we were all there. So on our way back to the van my face started feeling funny. So i felt my face and i have a scratch mark on my right cheek. My question is why did i get scratched for. But we did get on camera different colored orbs-red, blue, a big orange one on a grave stone, but we also had big orbs too. In one of our pictures we do have a mist in it with orbs around it. And also we did catch on camera a person. It looked like a male. I could go on and on because so much has happened that night.

It seems like anyone who goes there, comes back with stories. There used to be a chair out there, that if you sat in it, you were to die within a year. I know at least 2 people who have sat there, and did die. I never saw the chair. Thats just a story that was going around. My husband went out there when he was a teen, and has some freaky things happen to him too. My son took a camera out there one night, and like everyone else, caught a LOT of orbs. I have several family members including the oldest Indian woman, buried there. Captain Robinson, who is said to haunt the light house is also a relative. Too many "greats" to count! Its a very interesting place. A lot of great stories to hear, and tell. Whats cool is every generation has their own stories. It never ends!

I lived at Joseph Sadony's Valley of the Pines, with Arthur, he is a trully gifted man, also like his wonderful grandfather...So many stories to share I would love to write a book. As for the Mouth Cemetary..it is full of much spiritual activity also. Both positive and some negative. I did some audio recording around 2am one night, and caught some pretty scary demonice voice say, after I played in slow mo, "I am sick of all you people", since then I have discontinued my ghost hunting, as I am a true believer now. I suppose I needed that one piece of evidence...
I will say, living at the Valley was and will be the most fascinating time of my life, and I will be forever grateful to have that experience. God Bless! |

kelly.. i've yet to hear back from arthur, but i am just as intrigued by stories you may have heard having lived with him or experienced at The Valley of The Pines..can you share more here or maybe exchange emails? anything would be greatly appreciated :)

I grew up in Montague and lived there until I was 23 years old. I still have family there and frequently visit. I have been to Mouth Cemetary many, many times and can report nothing unusual happening. As for Sadony himself, I must say that I have been intriuged by him and wish there was more information online. It is not everyday that you have such a special individual set up shop in your home town! If anyone has information regarding his time in Montague I would be very interested to hear about it.

I went there on a dare...I remember walking through the gates and feeling a sudden rush of cold air. The chill felt like it had come through my skin and it snakes aroung in my body as if it were a curse. The ground was frosted though it was the middle of summer. There was a sign posted that said do not enter after dusk but I didn't see it until I left. me and my boyfriend went out there and I was intrigued by the gravestone from the age of them alone, I tried to walk carefully and not disturb anything. The entire time I felt someone was examining me and breathing on my neck as the hairs on my neck stood on end. It soon became dark and we started to hear creaking noise like the sound of a rocking chair we stayed where we were trying not to make any noise, suddenly the bushes started to shake and out comes this black cat. It wasn't friendly it started hissing and fussing like it was having a seizure. We were totally spooked so we up and left. It wasn't until we were in the car did we see it...it was an older woman sitting in a rocking chair staring at us with hollowed out eyes, we than watched the cat jump into her lap and we drove away.
