The information from "The Real Facts" was very informative and very acurate. However, the employees have been told that the new man in charge
has full control and he constantly reminds the employees that the doctors are just employees the same as them. Supposedly he and the female doctor (who thinks she is in charge)lol cannot stand each other but she cant control him. Ed Jones always looked out for the employees and often took the blame for the things the doctors did to the employees. The doctors felt like he should protect them and take the blame. We lost more when the new handbook came out under Sean and we know there will be more. We are not stupid.

Man this is better than any SOAP OPERA I have ever watched. A woman who can turn on the tears at will, a controller who advocates praying for someones lifestyle, eating you up to your face, stabbing you in the back when your out of site, a bully, throwing your weight around, someone has a past, capabilities of predicting the future, benefits are lost, loyal staff is fired, someone is in charge but really isn't and people can not stand each other. Man what a script for a new SOAP. You just can't make this stuff up keep it coming!

The saddest thing about this is a long time ago the old doctors new the employees on a personal basis and everyone was like family. now with the new doctors they only care about themselves. what a shame. people loved to come to the clinic and now they say it is not personal it is sad that what the old doctors built the new ones destroyed. and all the comments about Mr ed Jones he was the best administrater the clinic ever had he got more for the employees than anyone else. he did things for people that no one ever new about. you guys need to really take a hard look at what you had and what you have now no comparison.

Like I stated before you couldn't have a better script for an award winning one of a kind Soap. It just keeps getting better and better. Can't hardly wait for the next episode! Again, you really cannot make this kind of drama up. Waiting patiently!

Ed Jones never "looked out" for his employees - unless you were Paula Justice. Oh Ed and Paula - how soon you both learned that what goes around comes around. Best thing that could have happened to that Clinic was getting rid of both of them. How ironic that just about everyone that Ed escorted into the library and got rid of are back EXCEPT him and Paula. I get so much satisfaction just knowing that. The new Administrator deserves a chance. Everyone does.

Paula Justice is a good person who seemed to always hire the wrong help in her department. I hope she is very happy and enjoys her time away from this horrible place. If you dont have good help you cant do the job yourself especially while the controller was always slithering around causing trouble for her. Someone needs to slay the snake.

The person that wrote this just doesn't get it. I already told you the administrators that worked there were all directed by the Board of Directors. Who to hire, when to hire, who to fire, when to fire, what to pay, benefits, layoffs all Board decisions.The administrators were their messengers. Absolutely no one was ever walked into that library that the Board had not already determined thier destiny. The administrator was just doing their bidding.

I have heard too that just about all the employees that got layed off while they were there working under Ed Jones are back. The snake has been slayed - Ed Jones is gone; the trash was taken out. Obviously Paula wasn't good enough because, uh, she's gone and hasn't been asked to go back. Ok - I will give her the benefit - maybe she was a good person but a less than desireable manager - that was proven when an investigation was done. No secret - everyone knows. Like it was said before - what goes around come around. Both of them got what they deserved. The only thing Ed Jones spent time on was figuring out how much after shave he was going to wear.

I disagree the DOCTORS CARE, THE CLINIC OWNERS SHOULD CARE and most importantly the PATIENTS CARE. Typically, most corporations with this status include a MORAL TURPITUDE CLAUSE in their
employment contacts. There is a reason for such a clause and I am sure the Doctors have to abide by such.For those there that "DON'T CARE" please take the time to look up the definition of MORAL TURPITUDE. You may learn something and actually benefit from it.

Your so full of sh#t! You have no idea what you are talking about. The only changes that have been implemented here in years to increse revenue and modernize the clinic were done by Jones. The CT Scanner his idea and he made it happen. Getting rid of the EBT Scanner that was costing us thousands a month his idea and he made it happen. The new Ultra Sound equipment his idea and he made it happen. The new lab equipments his idea and he made it happen. The employee clinic GreenbrieCare his idea and he made it happen.Expansion into the Cosmetic Laser and Aesthetics specialty his idea and he made it happen. The new Credit Card policy his idea and he made it happen. All of these and many more ideas were presented to the Board. Including trying every way possible to force the physicians to see more patients each day. He must of knew what he was doing after all because the ideas he had are being revisted because now the physicians are employees and do what their told. His ideas are still in place and as far as I can tell there have been no other ideas tried except what he put in place. By the way your right I forgot how Damn Good That Boy Always Smelled. It wasn't that cheap Cologne that so many of you all wear around here it was the expensive stuff. I guess with what I heard they paid him he could afford the best. We miss you Mr. Ed! What happened to all the threads about the person not
making it through the DUI Check Point last Friday around 10:00PM. Also what was that reference to the individual not having a valid drivers license? Supposedly was driving on a revoked 1999 Drivers license. What was their license revoked for? Was this person arrested? Obviously must have hit home for all of the reference to the subject matter being removed.Wonder who it is? Someone made the comments they knew all about it buy didn't care. SOMEONE MUST CARE.

His day will come. The scanner said he was driving revoked and has been since 1999....Here are a couple of question for thought... Don't most job aplications ask two important questions ? 1) Have you ever been convicted of a felony?(like perscription fraud for example) 2) Do you have a valid licence? What comes around goes around.
