The people, who hire the IA czar, whether it is the City or MASD, are the ones that have to be observed! Talk about a starved fox patrolling a fat hen house.

Why does MASD need an IA czar? They will have three highly ranked police officers on the board in December? And, another SB member is related to the future City top cop.

The MASD board most likely would hire PPM to be their watchdog. Would they hire one of their own to watch over their shoulder?

Only hope and solution is if someone can interest the federal authorities to inhale a sniff of the stench fragrance that emanates from trading greenbacks.
