why do people keep a service that they hate? I work for comcast and ask that question everyday, if you dont like the service get something else.It really is that easy. They give us all services for almost free and i still have direct tv in my home theater room because the quality is much better and the technology in there boxes is far superior to anything Comcast has. It is hard to beat comcast internet speed, and yes there are outages thats why i also have a hot spot on my cell phone. because internet is imprtant to me so i have a back up. If something in life is so important that you cant live without it, why not have some sort of back up? i never relized how little most people have in life untill i started working for comcast people will cry on the phone if 1 tv channel is out, seriuosly asking what am i going to do tonight as they sob. i feel bad for older people, but these are young people, pick up a book, go for a walk, go to a movie or the library. i dont recomend there service to anyone, yes i have heard people make stuff up just to get them off the phone, my sugestion try to be calm dont scream and yell, remember these are uneduacted people working in a dead end job getting yelled at all day who have total access to all your personal information, if the first person you speak to sounds like an idiot or doenst seem to care, hang up and call back untill you get someone who does, belive it or not there are a small few who do do ther job and care about getting service working.

I have been with comcast for since 1999 and started haveing problems with them when I added
another tv. The awlful customer serverce women sent us too many boxes. I had to return it to the office. I thought it was resolved untill almost a year later they stared charging me for the box monthly. when i them i returned it to the office the said ok well will remove the bill. well it wasnt long before i recieved another bill for over 650 dollars. i spent hours on the phone several differnt times trying to relsolve the issues with no help. I was able to get the number for corperate and it took her about twenty mins to relsolve it. the returned box was in the notes on the computer the whole time. she gave me some channals for free for a year. it was good excpt now for about a year. they jack up your bill . I reduced my tv and they changed my contract on my internet to be fifty dollars a month. who the hell pays that much for internet. again back and fourth with many customer service people that tell you they are going to fix it . you get a bill and its not what they said. who the hell has time to deal with the bs. I am so done with them. I look tonight for new internet to start

I live in Montgomery County, Maryland and the Comcast service here sucks. These people want a 20 dollar fuel charge for a service call.No utility company does that to a customer. Especially when its a problem on the utility pole. They don't keep appointments,sometimes I miss 3 or 4 days of work to wait for them. I prepay a month in advance and they don't credit my bill when my service is out more then a day. I hand delivered all their equipment when I cancelled them and they tried to bill me 40 dollars for cancelling.I got rid of comcast. I ordered Verizon Fios and they showed up on a cold snowing saturday.Their technicans are promt, courteous, and knowledgable.I'm very happy with Verizon Fios.

I haven't had my service for 3 weeks now and had 3 appts. And I'm boiling hot now everythong is messed up!!! Think I meed to do the same chamge. The technicians keep closing my work order and never call during your appts.

I have been trying to down size a little bit, and bcut out cable and they tell me the best they could reduce the bill by was $8. Correct me if I'm wrong but if thats all they are willing to cut isn't that what i should be paying?

Are you for real? Those of us who live in Palm Beach County FL can tell you why! No other provider it is all...and as for the Direct TV solution, it does not work if you live on a Condo that prohibits any antenna equipment in the outside of your unit. That is why we despise Comcast so much...everything about it spells disaster! Even to those of us who suppossedly are a "special xfinity customer," as they tag those of us who subscribe to all three services. Horrid, horrid, horrid!

These idiotz been out three times and still cant get it right.they still dont have my cable hooked up i truely hate comcast then have already been paid first week n feb this is the end of feb.im currenty looking im switching after i use up the money i paid there azz. There sick poor excuse for a company and they have so many bullshit excuses.never will i ever waste time dealing with them again.i hope someone figure out bootleg on they ass lol im serious cause there full of s..t

I took a day off so I could be home and take care of my problems. The Comcast tech left and said that his supervisor will be here in a few more minutes to correct the problem with bad signals. No one showed up plus after many calls that I made asking them to send someone out today and that I could not take another day off just for a tech to be here. One guy insulted me saying. If you cannot be there, let your boyfriend or lover know, maybe he can be there when a Comcast tech is there.

We were solicited by Comcast to cover our communication needs for our two stores: Lawn and Power Equipment, which we agreeded to. The phones and computers have not worked for 6 days in Gaithersburg and 5 days in Bethesda. I believe that I would get better service in Iraq. Our cable service has the structure and planning of a third world nation. Every Comcast exectutive should give back they're bonus for the last 10 years and put that money back into infastructure improvements.I'm through with comcast and Ocean City better allow another carrier to come there.

I'm soo sick of not being able to use something I pay for! I think I have more problems with my cable than anyone in the state of New Hampshire. I don't know anyone who can't use their own guide, or can't go On-Demand. I cannot believe that Comcast is able to get away with this crap!
