Bail denied for New Bedford man charged with Wareham murder

At least four witnesses identified Vernon T. Carter , 20, as the suspect who fatally shot a 21-year-old man in the head during a Parkwood Beach house party last week, prosecutors said Tuesday in Wareham District Court.

This Vernon Carter kid is a punk, I had him in a juvenile center a few years ago. He was always running his mouth I am not surprised he has been shot before, and now justice will be served I hope he never sees the light of day again.
