Baltimore County Police seek driver of White Hall hit-and-run
Baltimore County police are looking for the driver of a car that officers say struck a White Hall woman who was driving an all-terrain vehicle, then left the scene of the accident.

They caught this kid , hope he pays a high price , I do mean that in a serious legally , he is a add kid as it is no license, no permission to drive the car. Kid is a asshole . To leave the scene is the worst . Thank god the lady is going to be fine. 45 years living there. The kid needs to pay for his consaquences he brought on himself. Let it be known this isn't the first time for this guy. He is an add.
