Why did Judge Thomas sentenced a senior citizen to jail with no bond, because she spoke out of turn and he said he had the authority to send her to jail with no bond and until further notice. He is holding a grudge over something so petty. Linda needs some support from her friends and family.

It's between my friend Linda age 66 and her aunt's live in Grace age 96, Judge Thomas ordered Linda to give Grace more money and Linda said I will not, so, he sends her to jail with no bond and until further notice. The judge is doing it for his satisfaction not for legal reasons.

I think Judge Thomas should be feeling some remorse by now, I'm sure he wouldn't want his wife in jail because she spoke out of turn.

Yes, Linda has been released after paying a hefty fine, all the jail people said he was not fair to anyone.

So it is ok to break a law if you dont agree with it?? Because that is what Linda has done... Sad that she had to sit, but shouldn't tell any judge what you will or will not do :(

He was too radical, you don't even know what it was all about.
He ordered her to pay for someone in her house because the tenent is old and has no where to go. He said pay or else.
