What a remarkable representative of the legal profession! And she's not even a politician!
While clearly an exceptional example, one wonders what can be done to quickly weed out of the profession (keep in mind what that term really means) characters like Kristi McNeilly.

Assuming the truth of the allegations, it will be interesting to see what, if any, sanctions are imposed on this 'lawyer'. Will she assume the mantle of vulnerable 'victim'? She's betrayed the profession and should squarely assume responsibility and consequences.

If the allegations are true then she should be disbarred.

If you knew the circumstances around this case you would see she is being framed to a degree. Assumptions are being made from a one sided report does anyone care to hear both sides or is innocent until proven guilty no longer a standard in this county?

I grew up with her and Trinis. I believe every work of the alligations. She and Trinis have alwasy been up to know good. From the time Trinis molested young boys and girls, to the false alligations of Kristi being molested when infact she a was a prostitute. In fact both familys are crazy and should be locked up!!

She sounds like a total gem. I thought it was hard to get through law school and pass the bar. Guess not.

She is nuts - she sued someone for filing an ethics complaint against her! Even though Rule 21 clearly states that filing a complaint is "absolutly privledged" and "shall not serve a a basis for a lawsuit." I think the Lawyer's Board is investigating that case - I wonder if they will merge this with that.

The whole domestic abuse industry is a sham -- imagine all the bridge repair money we spend on women who just like living the life of a douchebbag.

The case was dismissed against her. Innocent and she was even apologized to by the Judge and prosecutor! They just wanted to stop her from winning all the cases she was winning.

Heck no! Do you know she saved my bro life from 25 years in prison? She got the fed case against him dismissed. She needs a medal!
