11.7 percent is what is accounted for, but I'm guessing that many more people are living in poverty in this area. There are few jobs that will support a family, there is no funding or very little that will aid those who need help. This is a very sad and scary situation. Although, this trend is happening in many counties/cities throughout the US as well - ie. foreclosures, downward spiral of stocks etc.

YEAH I AM ONE. INCOME WENT FROM 40,000 A YEAR TO 16,000 FAMILY OF 3. THANKS TO NAFTA I HAVE LOST 4 JOBS IN 10 YEARS. CHECK THIS MOTOR MOUTH OUT ON THIS LINK. I DO NOT COUNT ON THINGS TO GET BETTER IF THIS ONE GETS IN OFFICE
