My 75 year old mother and I had a flat tire in our pick up truck today in Tonto Basin AZ. Returning from Payson we were dismayed to discover that we had no jack. While law officers from Gila county passed us by without a turn of their head. A group of Cochise county deputy's on their way to Flagstaff, stopped to see if we needed help. The temperature was over 100 degrees and they remained on the spot with my mother while I went to get help and they performed part of the labor involved in changing the tire. We sincerely thank your entire department for their dedication, which I consider, above and beyond the call.
