I know of a kid that played at South Floyd and started every single game for 4 years, mostly at guard but his first game as a freshman he started at center (and he had never played that position) because the regular starting center got his ankle messed up in a car accident. He started at center in the game when South Floyd beat Pikeville and he played the entire game with a section on pipe placed over his toe because he had just had a toenail removed. I also know that he recieved severeal letters from major college's wanting him to come for a visit (including Alabama and Auburn)
now I'm not saying that he was the best, but knowing his story and watching him play every game I think he should of made the list. I am not listing his name because I know him personally. Ask around and you will figure out who he is.

all the backs you guys have talked about was great. bJ was the fastest and best all around on both sides of the ball. and with out him sf never beats pikeville in 98. and brandon was probly the best back just bc of his power. and he also ran for 403yrds. and mays was great to but who wouldnt have been with that line. but the best has yet to come. weston has bj like speed and brandon power. now lets let his line grow up some. he has the school record in yrds in a game with 425. and over 1700yrds last years and on pace for more this year. oh yeah he has a year to go. by the time he gets out next year he will have broken every record the school has.

p.s. bj stats would have been better but he had a back just as good as all of them beside him..matt tackett

i think that brandon is the best back 2 ever run the ball at sf he had 403 yards at half time in a game and didnt play the sec half bc they dont want the record broke and i love bj alot and he was awsome and i got 2 stay with little on this one

How many players from South Floyd have went on to play college football for 4 years? They've had some talented players there for sure.

Say what you want to. Everyone has a connection with the ppl they pick. But check the numbers. It goes halfback #1 Weston, career, game, and scoring. #2bj. All but the game record. #3brandon. And he only played three years. And in his and bn defence they had good backs with the. West and matt. But Weston has never had a line like they had. He does now but there really young. #4kentron 403 yards in a game which brandon tied and Weston broke with 426. But bobcat wont let donnie turn it in to khsaa.#5 josh mccray. Probly the smartest back of them all. And in defence of bj he was hurt and his sr. Year had a dumb ass for a coach. Now let's go to defence. Linebacker goes to Robert millinery all time tackle leader season game and career. Db or safety goes to either adam tackett jeremy tackett or nick company. Dline got to go to dusty moore jody hall or big Ryan. And by the end id say mack will top them all. We could go on and on..but in the end. NUMBERS NEVER LIE. RIP BJ AND Big Ryan
