Woman says police lost her accident report
An Ohio woman who crashed along Interstate 64 earlier this year said she couldn't claim the accident on her insurance because police allegedly lost the report.

Where is our new Chief Oxley assisting this woman.
If she was taken from the scene by a Nitro Police Officer and a report taken at the Nitro PD then there has to be a record of this accident.
Some paperwork to assist her in filing the claim with the state to get the proper paperwork for her insurance company.
Also, if she called 911 there is a record.

I was involved in a crash in January and the small town police department that was there for mine done the report. When I got a copy of it I had to wait because they told me that all crash reports were done on the computer now and sent to Charleston via internet. It only took a few days and I had mine. If she can't get one then there wasn't one done.
