Save the Fort Henry building which is an historic property; that building which was once the home to an Olgebay daughter and then a private club.
My widowed grandmother spent several years working as a cook at the Fort Henry Club in the early 1920's.
Sorry for dissing the Roger's Hotel building but why is anyone interested in restoring a structure which would need a tremendous amount of money to bring into code and then wouldn't be able to compete in the modern lodging market due to the substandard size of most of their rooms. I've been in the hotel business and the location of this building, the age and size of most rooms---lots of luck in bringing this back to a productive life.
