Wheeling Water Department worker Mark Garbera and Wheeling Fire Department members including Engineer Andy Joltes worked late Wednesday to stem the flow from a waterline break along National Road just outside the Elm Grove location of WesBanco.

ASK MARK GARBERA WHY HE HAD TO LEAVE HIS JOB AT COCA-COLA IN WASHINGON,PA... THERE IS A MALE TRUCK DRIVER THAT DIDN'T CARE TO BE FONDLED AND COMPLAINED. BET THE WATER GUYS ENJOYED BEING IN A HOLE AT NIGHT WITH TOUCHY FEELY NEAR BY.

Hmmm, sounds like a little jealousy possum. Maybe you are mad because he wouldn't feel you. You should be ashamed of your behavior and trying to put it on someone else.
