Wheeling rejects Philhaven supportive housing project
The Wheeling village board voted down a proposal to establish Philhaven, a low-income housing complex for residents with mental and physical disabilities, before an overflowing crowd Monday night.

This place is absolutely inappropriate for this kind of facility. There is a day care center just some steps away, and two schools (one of them elementary).
Who will control tenants of this building? Who will make sure they take all prescribed medications?
It's just creates a real danger situation for all neighborhood kids...
