What place are you talking about? That building has been empty for a few years now.

I ate there the day after it opened. Each comes with a soup and salad. The soup was awful and the salad dressing was also really bad not sure what type it was. The main meal was good but definitely not worth the price. Do not recommend and will not return.

No idea why it said I am from Michigan, but I am actually from South Webster, Oh.

Nobody cares where you're from. That food is awesome. The salad and soup isn't supposed to be like the salad an soup you would get from another restaurant, it's Japanese style food. If you want your everyday kind of soup and salad go to Golden Corral.

It's the best Japanese steakhouse I have been to and I travel quite often and have been to probably 20 different ones. The pricing is about average for that type of food. Their menu is very extensive also. It's not just hibachi. It's not for everyone though which is fine but I enjoyed it.

We ate there tonight and my family agrees that it was good but not as good as Hibachi in Huntington or Yomato's in Portsmouth. If I'm going to pay those prices, I'd rather eat somewhere else. I think they'll do well though, the place was packed.

Nah ... What most of you idiots don't realize is the FACT that the people on here posting "RAVE REVIEWS' about them is indeed people that are paid to do it. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! I honestly ate there and can say it is no count.

I did see them bring in a few boxes and was able to catch a peak of the screaming CAT that was about tomeet it's doom. SAD.

This place is way better than hibachi in huntington. They have went way down hill. A lot of people won't understand how a Japanese steakhouse is different from ponderosa and the like. But for those of us that appreciate a higher quality place, Sakura will do just fine.

We've eaten at several, this one is very good. If you want overdone steak drenched with A1 and white lettuce soaked with ranch, go somewhere else.
The only thing we didn't like was being told that there are no lunch prices on Sundays or "holidays", which apparently noon on New Year's Eve is, so we had to pay dinner prices for lunch, which was almost double. That wouldn't have been so bad but we brought all the grandkids for lunch. OUCH!
The sushi and sashimi are very fresh and very good, hope they make it.

Awesome! Show was amusing, entertaining and a delight:P. Definitely will go back. Hope community supports it! It's different, convenient, and FUN! The place is completely remodeled inside. Nice setting, clean, and very hip with the decor and atmosphere. Siting time is slow. Make sure to reserve!
