My experience with that place has been a "have to" situation on a Sunday when none of the REAL auto parts stores are open. There is usually not enough people there to take care of the customers, and the help that is there would rather pick up and answer the phone right in front of you while you have been standing there for ever with your wallet out trying to give these fruits money. O'Reilly's is going to have a field day with this outfit when they get open. Until then buy some duct tape and bailing wire and sweat it out until you can get to a real auto parts store.

They are a joke. I had to get a new battery put in my car and...call me crazy but replacing a battery SHOULDNT take 2 hours and shouldnt result in about 20 scratches on the front of my car.
who cares?

I bought a battery there and it was bad so I took it back because it would only start 1/2 the time! The dumbasses in that store said We can give u a new one but that was normal ! They said "Sometimes a good battery won't start when it's a little cold outside" long story short I insisted, received a new battery & problem solved! Just remember they are NOT mechanics by Any means. Just sale associates " barely"

If their customer service is this bad why do you go there? Why did you wait that long? Did you file a complaint with the store manager so they can pay for ALL the scratches they made to your car???? When are they paying for it? My gess is.... you exaggerate quite a bit! They are a store who sell's parts... not a fast food resturant or and garage. I seriously doubt it took 2 hrs.... you probably had to wait in line for service to install it for about 30 mins (my guess) again, they are not a fast food resturant.... they are busy and things take time... if you don't like them being so slow PUT THE BATTERY IN YOUR SELF!!! Wow, what a concept..doing something for yourself!

I will continue to shop at Autozone. Any competitor who does not use union to build and sets up 2 doors down shows little tact. If they don't want to use local to build their store, local shouldn't shop there. Just sayin

O'Reilly Auto Parts is HUGE in the south. They have so much balls now that they always pick locations that are right next to an AutoZone or Advanced Auto Parts.

You can not shop there all you want, but they will have the better service, and prices than the other stores.

Autozone will sell you the wrong parts. I told them I needed a certain part and they gave me the wrong one. They need to pay better attention to there job. O'rielly's is a great store and have a friendly staff. Their prices are better than Autozone. If it wasnt for having the $20 on my rewards card I wouldnt go in Autozone again.
