In August 1970 I was a teacher aid in Spanish in the Consolidated school in Guernsey. What a place!
The people and its surroundings were unforgetable.
I remember I visited Register Cliff, Laramie, and other places that were part of your history.
Whenever I have a look at a photograph riding a horse it reminds me of the happy times I had in the States. As a young woman from Uruguay, South America, your town helped me to have a positive attitude towards all the places I went to afterwards. Cristina Guasque

I was just reading Cristina Guasque's comment. I remember her well. I was in one of the Spanish classes that she taught. I remember one night at a football game it started snowing and she was so happy - she had never seen snow before. I learned a lot that year between her and Ellen Reffalt, my normal teacher. Thank you.

The things you see when you least expect them...Hi, Jodene! I remember Cristina, too--what a terrific person, and so nice. I still remember how Mrs. Reffalt introduced her to us--in Spanish--during our morning English class so many years ago. If you ever read this, Cristina, I want you to know that I earned a degree in Spanish, and also became fluent in Italian. Thank you for the early and positive influence! And Jodene, I remember the incident with the snow; what a good memory.
Cristina, Dios te bendiga; si un dia lees estas palabras, escribeme, por favor. Espero con todo corazon que te encuentres bien y que seas feliz. dan@sunriseornaments.com

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Leo

It's hard to pin down a certain person today because they're being so vague and dithery. Ask them a question and they'll vacillate or be unable to give you a straight answer. You might suspect them of deceitful goings on but it's far more likely that they're simply in a world of their own and can't keep their mind on anything for long. Don't worry, they'll soon be back on planet earth.
