Group launches campaign to end cell phone use while driving

Six states, including California, have laws banning the use of hand-held cell phones while driving.

Law enforcement officers aren't even complying with the law. I see Highway Patrol and local law enforcement officers driving their patrol cars while talking on "hand-held" cell phones.
