Whately override on ballot again

The $60,000 Proposition 2½ override to fund the capital stabilization fund that was defeated last spring, will be on the Nov.

If we don't have this money, we'll have to keep cobbling together stuff we need, such as repairs to snowplows in the middle of winter,. We just don't have enough revenue to keep thinhgs going without it, so I'm voting for it.
