Woman Cleared Following Trooper Arrest
#1 Dec 16, 2008
I am very happy that this person is cleared. She had no reason to be arrested over this. The school nor the Wethersfield police contacted her in regards of a childish dispute between her son and another child. The mother of hte child should have contacted the principal first and then the local police dept. if she felt that legal should have been involved. This trooper had no right to walk around her house and be involved and should have definitly waited for the local police to arrive to clear up this issue..Shame on this trooper! He used his title in an unprofessional manner.

why hasn't the news followed up on this state trooper? I want to know what the internal investigators determined and what his punishment was. His behavior was inexcusable and I truly believe criminal charges should be brought against HIM and he should lose his job. We don't need police officers like him. I hope the woman who was harassed by him files a HUGE lawsuit.
P.S. there is a Hartford cop that lives on Morgan Circle in Wethersfield that menaces the poor people that happen to be driving near him in the neighborhood. Anybody know what I'm talking about? I don't know the guy, but I've heard people mention that he blocks the road if he thinks somebody wants to pass him, and he follows people in his car through neighborhoods for no reason. I'm talking little old ladies.

You are absolutly correct that we do not hear what happens to any cops/troopers during internal investigation and after they have been terminated if they happen to get fired! I wondered what the Wethersifeld cop did to get fired. The WPD did do an internal investigation back in early fall and did terminate him for a larceny charge and he was given RA since it must of been his first offense, but I never found out what he actually did to get charged but this time around we are not hearing anything new on this trooper. I havent heard about the Hartford Cop but I would report it in a quickness if i see him bothering the elderly or anyone in that kind of manner. Thanks for the info and if youknow what the former weth. cop did please let us know.

I don't know what happened to the Wethersfield cop. The news should have followed up on this but they didn't. I don't have an 'in' with the cops so I have no way of knowing. As for the Hartford cop, be sure that I WILL report it if I see it happening, but when I encouraged the lady that was being intimidated by him, she said she was afraid to. SAD.

We'd all better start watching our backs a little more carefully. The world is changing, my friends. Our government has already installed programs to monitor American citizens, "guilty" or innocent. The NSA has a huge complex going up in Utah. Millions of files on Americans, from phone calls to internet transmissions. Check it out on Democracy Now. We are a POLICE STATE.
