East Hartford Officer Allegedly Ordered 49 DVDs Containing Child Pornography

Federal agents on Thursday charged a 48-year-old East Hartford police officer with one count of receiving child pornography.

I'm sure he has a good story to back up this disgusting behavior. This is someone who is suppose to protect children..........instead he is getting off on them. Get the hell out of South Windsor where my kids are growing up.....scum bag

The East Hartford Police Dept are corrupt as Hel!, to start with, to a large degree.
What about that poor 15 yr old boy who drowned into HS pool, yet the police
told students to keep their mouths shut about it?
That's disgusting too!

did you hear about the E. Htfd. cop.who put a 12 yr.old boy in a headlock, & badly injured his face
& neck & he had to go to the hospital?
this happened in the boy's own home.
The town of East Hartford is now being sued by the boy's mom, who I think saw this happen right in front of her.
If Mayor LeClerc was a wise mayor,.she would establish an EXTERNAL Police Investgation Unit, not an "internal" investgation unit.
The more corrupt cops, she allows to stay on police dept., the more the town will be sued, & keep losing their property values for their homes, but be forced to pay higher & higher property taxes.
These horrible, corrupt cops who DO work for east hartford are basically putting the homeowners between a rock & a hard place.
Mayor LeClerc, be smart & start an EXTERNAL POLICE INVESTGATION UNIT.
you need to he Rid of the bad cops in your town, or more & more people will be moving OUT of your town, & never ever returning.
