There's a law in the U.S. that you must stop at a stop sign if you're driving a car. You must also stop for Red Light, but several dangerous drivers who live in Sunset Estates don't do that either.
We just saw a pedestrian almost getting run over today about 9 a.m. on a Pedestrian Crosswalk by a young female driver who ran a Red Light at the top of Sunset Estates, when the pedestrian tried to cross the Pedestrian Crosswalk.
That's not just illegal, that's life threatening too. Running someone over with your car can easily kill someone.
We've seen a lot of dangerous drivers in that neighborhood who often run the stop signs and run Red Lights too.
We even saw a resident in that same neighborhood who was pulling into his own driveway and almost got hit by a car driving at least 45 mph.
The speed limit in that neighborhood
isn't 45 mph, it's 25 mph.
That's a dangerous place to take a walk in period.
There's lots of messed up sidewalks with large holes in them too.

Beware of Walking your Dog near or on Birchwood Road if you are concerned for your Dog's Safety or its health.'
There is a mean, vicious Boxer who lives on the corner of Milwood & Birchwoid Road who oftens attacks the other younger Boxer she lives with.
The owner of those 2 boxers is always letting both those Boxers run loose OUT of their fence on weekends.
I've seen one of those Boxers actually running out of its yard & across the street before too!
That's not safe. It's hard to tell one of the Boxers from the other one because they look a lot alike!
We've heard the younger Boxer crying out in pain several times when the older Female Boxer attacked her too!
That older Boxer is vicious. Beware of walking near that house at 99 Birchwoid Road if those Boxers are running loose in their yard, OUT of the fence.
Today that mean Boxer came running out of her yard today onto the middle of Milwoid Road & came charging up to me & my dog & tried to attack my dog several times.
Luckily we were able to run away from that vicious dog, but my dog could easily been hurt badly hurt by that vicious Boxer!
Then the owner of that mean Boxer started YELLING AT US, telling us to NOT walk that street anymore & falsely claiming his dog was only running in HIS yard, when the Boxer had actually run out into the MIDDLE of Milwood Road.
That's breaking a State law allowing your dog to run loose OUT of your yard in Comnecticut.
You don't have the right to tell you that you cannot walk down a public street either.
Would NOT recommend buying any of those houses for sale on Birchwoid Rosd.
That's a dangerous place to take a walk for those lots of irresponsible people on that street, Birchwoid who deliberately let their dangerous dogs to run loose off a leash on that same road too!
That is NOT a safe or friendly neighborhood to walk your dog in, to start with.
