So, are you saying that people should not have the freedom to choose processed food?
No I think doctors should be honest about the root cause of many diseases.

I don't know what types of doctors ATF has experience with, but mine always does blood tests and asks me questions to ensure I'm eating right. Besides, proper nutrition is not alternative treatments. I think he's trying to change the subject. He usually does that when he paints himself into a corner.
Yeah really.

That just came out of left field.

Its right to travel.
It isn't alright because its secret and violates due process.
The no fly list does not deny anyone the right to travel. It only prevents them from using a form of travel that has been demonstrated to have the potential to be used for terrorism.

Of COURSE it is secret, it is developed from intelligence gathered through agencies like the CIA. Having it be open would severely compromise its validity and usefulness.

Due process MIGHT be a valid complaint. That is why there needs to be a mechanism for people to challenge the placement of their name on the list if they feel it to be in error.

During process is a right, it is a very significant question that shouldn't be treated lightly.

I have yet to see it valid or useful.

No, it does NOT deny anyone the right to travel. It ONLY denies them the privilege of using a certain form of transportation.

Why would an American citizen be in a CIA database?

Since when is transporting a privilege?

Pretty soon it will be a privilege to travel by foot.

Denying someone using a certain form of transportation IS DENYING THEM TRAVEL.

Jews are really Palastinians. Rome destroyed ALL geneological recoreds in Jerusalem in 70CE. Palastinians have been on the land longer than Jews...2000 years is a long time to be away from home. The Palastinians should have statehood over all of Israel.

By law, the CIA is specifically prohibited
from collecting foreign intelligence
concerning the domestic activities of US
citizens. Its mission is to collect information
related to foreign intelligence and foreign
counterintelligence. By direction of the
president in Executive Order 12333 of 1981
and in accordance with procedures
approved by the Attorney General, the CIA
is restricted in the collection of intelligence
information directed against US citizens.
Collection is allowed only for an authorized
intelligence purpose; for example, if there
is a reason to believe that an individual is
involved in espionage or international
terrorist activities. The CIA's procedures
require senior approval for any such
collection that is allowed, and, depending
on the collection technique employed, the
sanction of the Director of National
Intelligence and Attorney General may be
required. These restrictions on the CIA have
been in effect since the 1970s.
