I know exactly what Ms Hill-Malcolm has gone through. When we needed to refinance back in 2003, the mortgage broker (in California)told us that we had to get 2 mortgages and that one would be an adjustable at 4.35% for 3 years and the other for 3% for 15 years. When the papers were signed, we comfirmed with the attorneys that the 2nd mortgage was fixed for life, they said "Yes". Sometime later, we noticed that the 3% second mortgage was actually a HELOC that would jump in 3 years also. By then it was too late to do anything about it,and the broker didn't even want to talk to me. Neither did the mortgage company. We almost didn't make it out of this situation as the rate started to skyrocket within months. Thank God we were able to refinance at a fixed reasonable rate with no 2nd mortgage. I wish Ms Hill-Malcolm Good Luck!

I think all the Mortgage Lenders, Realtor's and whomever else was involved in pushing/convincing people into all of this "creative financing" in a deceptive way should be held accountable. Look at what it's done/doing to our economy and it's just begun. People need to be outraged by the taken advantage of our system as it has been for personal gain by these people. Understand we will "ALL" be paying for this for a very long time.

This is the first time I had ever applied for a loan. I couldn't have asked for anything more from the staff that answered any of my questions to the application process. Once this had all been completed the money was transferred quickly into my account. I will definitely be recommending 911PDAY .COM ( http://goo.gl/44kQUQ ) too my friends and family.
