He logs on with different names. Interesting that you right wingers claim to be experts at seeing through conspiracies and lies in Washington but can't see an obvious fraud right under your nose. Or, do you choose to ignore a scam if it supports your agenda. Obviously waxturd has been loading the judge-it system for months. This is trivial except that it points out the hypocrisy of folks like you that pick and choose truth.
Now, let me ask again, do you think ten people awarded waxturd brilliant judge-its for his post this morning?

WASHINGTON (AP)-- President Barack Obama violated the Constitution when he bypassed the Senate to fill vacancies on a labor relations panel, a federal appeals court panel ruled Friday.
A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit said that Obama did not have the power to make three recess appointments last year to the National Labor Relations Board.
The unanimous decision is an embarrassing setback for the president, who made the appointments after Senate Republicans spent months blocking his choices for an agency they contended was biased in favor of unions.
The ruling also throws into question Obama's recess appointment of Richard Cordray to head the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Cordray's appointment, also made under the recess circumstance, has been challenged in a separate case.
Having been a constitutional law professor, he should have known better.

But then, it is winter and winter is the rainy season.

A 17-year-old wrote in a confession released Thursday that the horror movie remake of "Halloween" gave him the idea to kill his mother and sister.

Garbage in...garbage out.

This young teen would have found and used any weapon he could find.

We'd better start looking at ourselves and why we've become so apathetic poisoning children's minds.

You're asking the wrong person, I talk about what I want to talk about. If you want to know what happened to Code Pink you have the entire internet at your disposal; knock yourself out. I do hold Obama responsible for the continuation of war and the expansion of influence around the world and particularly his expansion of the drone program which he's used to illegally target and assassinate US citizens. I'm not on here to bash Obama, y'all have that covered. I'm here to fck with ignorant right-wingers because it is they, not the flaming liberals, who are diametrically opposed to libertarianism.
That's a lie, I lean heavily towards libertarism, I'm pro choice and an atheist. I've been around a long time and it's the dems/libs who for decades have wanted to dictate how others live their lives.

I don't give a f what irresponsible Obama supporters do, how they ruin their lives, how many little bastards they pop out from numerous men, how uneducated and unemployable they are, just don't expect the rest of us to pay for it.
That's the crux of the conflict, your side wants our side to pay for your fleabagging follys and copulation catastrophes.

Louisiana Gov. Jindal calls on GOP to 'recalibrate' at RNC's winter meeting
"We've got to stop being the stupid party. It's time for a new Republican Party that talks like adults," he said. "We had a number of Republicans damage the brand this year with offensive and bizarre comments. I'm here to say we've had enough of that."
Republicans presidential nominee Mitt Romney struggled last fall to win over women and minorities, who overwhelmingly favored President Barack Obama's re-election bid. GOP officials conceded this week that they must change their tone and message, if not their policies, if they hope to expand their appeal in the coming years.
Romney alienated many Hispanic voters by highlighting his support for a fence along the Mexican border and "self-deportation" of illegal immigrants. Down-ticket Republican candidates alienated female voters by backing new abortion laws in a handful of swing states like Virginia and New Hampshire, while Senate candidate Todd Akin of Missouri hurt himself and his party by declaring that women's bodies could prevent pregnancy in cases of "legitimate rape."
GOP strategist Ari Fleischer suggested that his party could learn an important lesson from Democrats on messaging: "Republicans talk policy and Democrats talk people. Republicans can learn a little bit from Democrats on how to make those people connections with our policies."
Asked whether he was considering a presidential bid in 2016, Jindal brushed aside the question. "Any Republican that's thinking about talking about running for president in 2016 needs to get his head examined," he said. "We've got a lot of work to do."
One of the party's most popular voices, Christie earlier in the month criticized his party's `'toxic internal politics" after House Republicans initially declined to approve disaster relief for victims of Superstorm Sandy. He said it was `'disgusting to watch" their actions and he faulted the GOP's most powerful elected official, House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio.
Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, R-Ga., told reporters on the sidelines of the meeting Thursday that Republicans also need to develop a sound strategy for confronting the Obama administration, suggesting House Republicans could use hearings to expose waste and promote better ideas.
"A lot of Republicans, frankly, spent the last two years saying,`Oh, gee, we don't have to do much because after Obama loses we'll work with the new Republican president.' Well, that world ain't there," Gingrich said. "So now they have to make adjustments. They've got to understand that this is a different game."

Homer has been saying this for years time to confront the retards in the party, you know the party base.
Real conservatives need to take back the party and I believe they have some good ideas.
Republicans need to start by weeding out the religious right extremists such as Akin and Mourdoch and by dropping the issue of abortion from the platform and elsewhere.

As for minorities, the appeal should be based on economics and not on pandering. This may or may not work, but minorities (and the middle class) are suffering economically under the Obama Depression, which works only for the wealthy.

Your post always seem to reveal far more about your lack of character and ingrained behavior than the actual facts. If Kerry volunteered for Nam, "FACT" he did. Only the very lowest and the most programmed think that he disgraced himself or our nation. Who does want to be the last to die for no reason? The war in Vietnam was a waste of American lives and theirs, it was political in nature and unecessary, we were told that it was to stop communist aggression. Bush Cheney did far worse while lying us into Iraq, but that doesn't bother you? Politicians start wars and Americas sons and daughters pay the price, just how many times can this happen and still show a blind eye.
I'm proud I served, but i'm not proud of the cause or our actions there. If you served then I congratulate you and you have my respect, but to belittle others is to denigrate their sacrifices. The only ones that this should happen to are the ones that went to great length to avoid their patriotic duty regardless who they might be.
The military does as it's told there are no other options, other than AWOL and desertion...Which Bush did both, so if you are as patriotic as your phony azz implies that's the one you should be ridiculing..But honesty and patrioticism isn't what you are after is it. You are the typical conservative who puts party ahead of nation and proves it daily. I believe it was Samual Adams that said " When tyranny comes to america it will be wrapped in a flag carrying a bible" That's close anyway.
I repeat, servicing lonely, drunk servicemen doesn't count as actual military service, so stop your lies..
