Sounds like your history with the EHPD might have something to do with domestic abuse, and of course you didn't do whatever you were accused/convicted of.

I happen to know the victim quite well. She is a victim...and if you can tell her and the rest of us (the general public) HOW we can find out a person's real history, please do so now. My friend did have reservations about this guy; I work in a large law firm and spent many, many hours trying to find out any information I could, but guess what...his criminal record was not available through any of the resources I have access to! Obviously you have never heard of guys who won't let go, who at first act like the nicest guy in the world, then turn out to be psychopaths, and you have no idea what it's like to try to get away from people like that. And as for what were they doing in a cemetery...haven't you ever heard of visiting relatives' graves. It doesn't matter where they were, if this guy was going to snap and start attacking her, he was going to do it no matter where they were, as long as they were alone. Personally, I believe she is very lucky that this happened where it did...had it happened in the privacy of her own home, things probably would've been horrifyingly worse than it was! Don't judge others until you've walked AT LEAST a mile in their shoes. Not everyone has the ESP powers that you apparently have.

The EHPD said exactly what happened. He is mentally ill, with a horrible upbringing, abuse and alot of drinking that runs in the family. He was not deliberately charged, he was charged with everything he deserved. I don't believe his was ever ready to be released into society. Please don't pass judgement when there is always more to the story than what is reported. Thank you EHPD

this "person" is from my hometown, rockford, il. he is a killer. i have been in juvenile corrections for many years, and i well remember how this guy acted when he was locked up. every word about his criminal behavior is true, true and true. he supposedly killed the woman in rockford b/c he wanted her car.

however, i think he was romantically involved w/her or her daughter. he can not be trusted. i hope ct does what il failed to do and lock this guy up for the rest of his life.
