Newington CT !!!!! SPEND, SPEND and SPEND. Control spending and maybe I could understand the increase but if you have 4 guys filling a pot hole 2" x 3" that wasting tax payer dollars. Dont look for increase when tax payers arent getting their pay increases.

standard crazies.... Doesn't matter if you are not getting a pay increase. It costs more to run the town and run the schools. 3% is pretty standard whether the economy is good or bad. Its that or get rid of all the town services, and lower the schools (in turn lowering your property value to the level of new britain or bristol). Its a no win.
