what are you attacking Dr. Watson for? The man has a job. He can't be with her 24/7. Tracy is responsible for her own actions. Who's responsible for you?
If my wife were a stinking drunk like Tracey Watson she sure wouldn't have a car to drive, and I would make sure she got help, but if she still doesn't sober up then she doesn't live with the kids.

This woman kills a guy. She attacks her daughter, and she failed at rehab, so why is she still taking care of those kids? Would I want to be at work thinking that my drunken spouse is home with the kids? Or worse, driving them places? Do I want the kids seeing their mother ( or if it was a father) in that condition all the time? Doc Watson should have done a lot more than he did, even if that meant kicking wifey out and cutting off some of the cash flow.

What a dumb thing to say.
He is a doctor and she had an accident. If he had not checked her condition when he got there, he would have been violating his oath as a physician.
Her BAC was over 34, glassy eyes and frothing at the mouth, after having an accident - and you don't think he should have offered medical assistance or comment? She probably DID have a seizure, from all the booze, etc., but to say a doctor MUST PAY for offering an opinion, is sophomoric.
Too bad she didn't have a seizure BEFORE getting behind the wheel. Anyway, they should lock her up for good. She is going to kill someone again and they can take away her license for life and she will still drive.
You have got to be kidding. Since when does being a doctor mean covering for your wife. Let's not just say this was him giving a clear unbiased opinion.
As a resident of Glastonbury I'm glad she is gone and she should be away for a lot longer. Her husband has set an awful example by enabling this woman especially in front of her children. This town is a small residential town full of children. Her husband being a doctor should have protected us from her after the first incident. I'm sure in his schooling somewhere he may have learn what an alcoholic is!

Killing someone has to be worth more than 4 years......Now maybe she will dry out.

Really? Why? Who's going to make her? She's already killed someone, gotten a minimal jail sentence because of it, and was allowed to get drunk AND back into the driver's seat of a car.

She has ABSOLUTELY *NO* REASON WHATEVER to "dry out." The system has consistently let her get away with just about anything she wants to. It has treated her as a victim, not a criminal.

It may be true that she has a disease, that of alcoholism, but we have already seen that this disease has made her dangerous. She should be civilly committed and kept off the roads for good.(For the good of everyone else, that is!) This is how we treat other people, with other diseases that make them dangerous; I see no reason not to follow the same policy with her.

To assume that if a driver leaves the scene he/she is under the influence of drugs or alcohol is just ridiculous. Go ahead…you might as well assume that any one who owns a gun is a murderer. You might want to read up on American law or the Constitution before you post nonsense. The law should not, and cannot assume anything.
Well, if somebody leaves the scene of the accident, then I think that somebody should be locked up just for that. Regardless if somebody is drunk or not. Especially the fatal accident. Why wasn't she locked up after it?

THE DAY SHE KILLED THE MAILMAN, DR. WATSON WAS OUT WITH HIS KIDS. HE TURNED HER IN WHEN HE REALIZED SHE WAS THE ONE THAT KILLED THE MAILMAN.

WHEN SHE BEAT UP HER DAUGHTER, SHE WAS NOT LIVING AT THE HOME. SHE WAS VISITING. DR. WATSON WAS ON CRUTCHES AT THE TIME. WHEN THE POLICE ARRESTED HER FOR BEATING UP HER DAUGHTER AND REMOVED HER FROM THE HOME, THE DOCTOR SAID "IF SHE GETS OUT ON BAIL, I DO NOT WANT HER BACK IN THE HOUSE".

WHEN SHE APPEARED BEFORE THE JUDGE FOR VIOLATING HER PROBATION BY DRINKING, THE JUDGE TOLD HER THAT HE WANDERED IF SHE WAS NOT DRINKING WHEN SHE KILLED THE MAILMAN.

HUBIE SANTOS DID NOT KEEP ROBERT FURBUSH OUT OF JAIL. FURBUSH DID APPEAL BUT WAS UNABLE TO POST THE ONE MILLION DOLLAR BOND. HE NOW SITS IN JAIL WHERE HE BELONGS. I ONLY HOPE THAT TRACY WATSON DOES NOT GET OUT EARLY. FURBUSH SHOULD NOT GET OUT EARLY EITHER. THE JUDGE CALLED HIM AN ARROGANT DRUNK AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HE IS.

I do believe that what goes around comes around. Dr. Watson left his former wife for Tracy, who was his sons girlfriend. How dysfunctional is that? Now he's paying the price.

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Pisces

It's a great day for fixing anything that needs attention now. That might be a dripping tap, a sick child, an unpaid bill or a miffed partner. However, you'll do particularly well if you need to sort out something connected with official or joint finances or red tape. You might be asked to help someone deal with a bureaucratic problem, especially if they're elderly.
