Hopefully a criminal investigation will pursue the possible Quid Pro Quo - Did the superintendent allow Hodges son's HS grade to be changed (AFTER her son already graduated) in return for the $5K bonus Hodges made sure the superintendent received?
Too much sense of entitlement for the board of ed.

It is clear to me that there is far to much he said she said. The worst is to cast blame onto a teacher with such a great reputation like Ms. Fennelly. Ms. Fennelly has been a model teacher for many past and current students. Hodges and Kohlhagen have something to hide. They both need to own up to the mistake and let us move on!

Kohlhagen did not have the best repuatation in a former district. We were very glad when he left NY.
