Watch out if you are a woman and walking in the town of East Hartford.

That is a very dangerous town for women to walk in. Drivers are so reckless there, and constantly run stop signs, yet the police don't care.
Even bus drivers are running red lights right near a residential neighborhood recently in East Hartford, CT!

Some woman was run over in a pedestrian cross walk and the driver just drove away, in East Hartford, not long ago.

There's a guy who walks a Rottweiler who is deliberately stalking women too, with the dog.
Spooky place to walk! Speaking of Ridge Road, beware of walking near Ridgeview, or Silver Lane in East Hartford, especially near the Veteran's Memorial Park.
There's even cops who are letting their K9 dogs run loose near women in that town, even if there's no siren on the cop car!

God, did you hear about young black cop who ran over a man in Hartford, lately on Albany Avenue, when the cop was going nearly 60 mph but had no siren on either?

What's with all the corruption and negligence of the police in Connecticut now?
The cops are getting like crooks themselves, so many of them.

They just don't want to bother to enforce laws or keep the public safe! Especially women!
That's outrageous!

Who mentioned the rico statutes? How about holding the wethersfield police to the facts of having to make distinctions, and to follow the rules to the T? I'd noted well before a year before the arrest of a state police woman, who'd been reported pimping her husband and prostitutes through a motel in wethersfield. I'd wrtitten about the Wethersfield police's connection to the impression of crime furtherance in that area, on Thisis50.com , after the kids who are the sons of the brothers who own the tile shop where the body of billy grasso was reported, by them, to have been left in a dumpster, and, noting, there has been interesting language regarding shifting impressions of where his body had been found. These dudes, who'd been, one of them, Enzo Fienza, he'd been one of the boyfriends, of at least one stripper on the record, and they'd, the Fienzas, they'd admitted to smoking marajuana with wethersfield detective Dillon.

So if yall can keep it real I'll make some distinctions, and, so, finally, we can make them together as a community. I'd like to hear more about the Darian lawyer. And I'd like to know more about the gang stalking. There have been countless exploited people from Puerto Rico, and from other nations/pseudo-states, that have furthered means to the political movements of populations ontop of living contexts and infastructures that are/were the inheritance of the impositions of colonization. International gangs can't get continually get off without international police, and international military impositions allowing it, impositions in the form of those inherited as the language of criminally worded statutes between us and the intentions of the Constitution.

Defendent former F.B.I. director, and the former standing chairperson on the R.I.C.O. statutes, also a private attourney, and probably the same Robert Luskin defending the traitorous unit responsible for the fake book on the Osama Bin Ladin mission. Also responsible for corrdinating the lies, and the agendas of state pension money loosing movements with national and international ones that are, and that have built themselve up and off of terror and illusions sewn through criminals allowed to give off the recrod testamonies about things with means to perpetuate means to prevent executive based enterprises from being prosecuited, and/or understood, and, specifically referring to the nature of insidiousness as it is defined by these statutes and in the hands of an executive enterprise. Fred Gruse used to be openly informed about these gangs, and introduced by them, apparently by the movements that led to some of the police and criminal endeavors of the kids I grew up around.

There are many resources on the internet concerning Gangstalking/Organized Stalking.
As this crime continues to be perpetrated and perpetuated, the victim count will grow, and there will be even more.

The MO of this crime is to, initially, disseminate bogus and vicious libel against the person targeted.
In essence, rounding up the locals who will believe anything they're told by some "authority figure" showing a dime-store badge and photo-shop documents.

The Milgram Experiment: Obedience to Authority

Milgram summarized the experiment in his 1974 article, "The Perils of Obedience", writing:

The legal and philosophic aspects of obedience are of enormous importance, but they say very little about how most people behave in concrete situations. I set up a simple experiment at Yale University to test how much pain an ordinary citizen would inflict on another person simply because he was ordered to by an experimental scientist. Stark authority was pitted against the subjects'[participants'] strongest moral imperatives against hurting others, and, with the subjects'[participants'] ears ringing with the screams of the victims, authority won more often than not. The extreme willingness of adults to go to almost any lengths on the command of an authority constitutes the chief finding of the study and the fact most urgently demanding explanation.

Ordinary people, simply doing their jobs, and without any particular hostility on their part, can become agents in a terrible destructive process. Moreover, even when the destructive effects of their work become patently clear, and they are asked to carry out actions incompatible with fundamental standards of morality, relatively few people have the resources needed to resist authority.[6]

Little Eichmanns

“The concept of justice should not be overlooked in considering the Unabomber phenomenon. In fact, except for his targets, when have the many little Eichmanns who are preparing the Brave New World ever been called to account?”

—John Zerzan, Whose Unabomber?[emphasis added]

"Little Eichmanns" is a phrase used to describe persons who participate in society in a way that, while on an individual scale may seem relatively innocuous even to themselves, taken collectively create destructive and immoral systems in which they are actually complicit — comparable to how Adolf Eichmann, a Nazi bureaucrat, unfeelingly helped to orchestrate The Holocaust.

Moral disengagement
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Moral disengagement is a term from social psychology for the process of convincing the self that ethical standards do not apply to oneself in a particular context, by separating moral reactions from inhumane conduct by disabling the mechanism of self-condemnation.[1]

Generally, moral standards are adopted to serve as guides and deterrents for conduct. Once internalized control has developed, people regulate their actions by the standards they apply to themselves. They do things that give them self-satisfaction and a sense of self-worth and refrain from behaving in ways that violate their moral standards. Self-sanctions keep conduct in line with these internal standards. However, moral standards only function as fixed internal regulators of conduct when self-regulatory mechanisms have been activated, and there are many psychological processes to prevent this activation. These processes are forms of moral disengagement of which there are four categories: reconstructing immoral conduct, displacing or diffusing responsibility, misrepresenting injurious consequences, and dehumanizing the victim.[2]

Dehumanizing

A final disengagement practice, dehumanization, is applied to the targets of violent acts and depends on how the perpetrator views the people toward whom the harmful behavior is directed. Once dehumanized, divested of human qualities, people are no longer viewed as persons with feelings, hopes, and concerns but as subhuman objects which do not evoke feelings of empathy from the perpetrator and can be subjected to horrendous treatment.[5]
