This is a tough one. It is true that a fertilized egg that doesn't implant will not survive. There are groups who try to adopt those fertilized eggs. They are called 'snowflake' babies. I think the people praying outside the abortion clinics hope they will influence even one mother to choose to not kill her baby. Sometimes a woman or girl who's heart really isn't into the abortion will see people who care and can offer help and change her mind.
Why don't they leave it up to God to change her mind?

It's his will they think they're trying to do, yet they don't trust him enough to let him do it.

Hmmmm.

And why does what he does concern me?
His ties and profits to and from that company were well known before he ran for President. And a large majority of folks who voted for him, claimed to be pro-life.

I'm guessing you voted for him, if you voted at all...but of course that's none of my business...

Fine with me. It creates no obligation to gestate or right to be gestated. BTW, no scientific test or standard acknowleges the concept of "human being".

In the twenty-first century, we now know through DNA and through sonagram that it is a human being unique and separate from it's mother. She has her own blood type and DNA. We can now also see the baby's limbs and facial features. History has been put away on this subject, we know the truth now.

Ink, how many protests take place outside of fertility clinics?
Bitner wrote:
<quoted text>None, right? All those frozen embryos exist in a twilight zone and the majority will never see the light of day. Doesn't seem to matter though because they aren't implanted. Are they "human beings"?

That wasn't the question.

Is it a human being, or not?

He wasn't. According to him, he did this 60,000 times.

From the newyorker

As a clinic staffer explains in the documentary, the procedure takes four days: the fetus is euthanized, labor is induced, and the patient delivers a stillborn baby. Even for pro-choice activists, these third-trimester abortions give pause; only nine states allow them without any restrictions, many states have banned the procedure entirely.

There are many medical reasons to abort, not just imminent death of the woman. You aren`t a doctor and don`t have any authority to decide which reasons are "good enough".

What does 'virtually all' mean to you? To me it means almost all.
We already know that only a miniscle number of pregnancies have to be terminated to save Mom's life.

Can't say that I was convinced that he was pro life. If he had been elected< Obamacare wouldn't be such a mess.

Praying or braying? I've seen (not first hand) some of the protests and they are meant to intimidate and demean. Don't kill your baby, don't kill your baby.

I've yet to see any significant help offered. Have you?

Praying for the most part.

They come with handout information to churches and agencies that will help her emotionally, spiritually and financially if she wants to keep her child or help her place the baby in a loving home.

If he wasn`t convicted, he is not guilty under our laws.

Grow up. Many medical procedures are "icky."

No, you are wrong. Science does not deal in philosophy.
DNA would say "human", not "human being". Period.
What you are claiming as "the truth" is anything but.
Bitter Butter Bitner: "DNA would say 'human', not 'human being'. Period."

I've proven that human (noun) and human being are synonyms.

You've failed miserably to support your flawed contention that they are not synonyms. In fact, you haven't provided EVEN ONE link to support your nonsense.

Period.

It seems she also ignored the fact that only a miniscule number of abortions are performed late term.

God works through people...just not ALL people, eh? Since women are still having abortions...mine came at just the right time.

Protesting and prohibiting abortion, is not god "working thru people." That's people usurping God's prerogative. If he didn't want abortions, there wouldn't be any.
