Pastors don't have to marry anyone whose union they disapprove of--unless they agree to do so and later change their mind.

No that's not why they aren't taxed.
Yes it is.

True separation of church and state requires that the state not tax the church, and that the church not make laws.

Why do YOU think churches remain untaxed?

And if it's because they're charged with providing charity, why are there rich churches, and poor people??

US seems to go through a moral crisis by saying chemical weapons of the world and other weaponry such as nuclear weapons as well.

US does not look into itself just how many people die from violence each year, as that will be much more than the people ever killed by chemical weapons.

As there are enough illnesses and large mental health problems within and people cannot even have safe working environment,it appears to come up with the fake moral by saying chemical weapons series issue one after one and the other, from Iraq and then now to Syria, as if the world is falling down by keeping on talking about chemical weapons. Yet, its moral falsehood tries to run others' lives as a dictator, to make what other people's lives should be, including when to get marry and marry whomever, what time to get up and sleep, and so on, by essentially depriving people of their free choices of how they want to live their lives and to be.

Syrian people are not concerned about the chemical weapons which cause no disaster and destruction to the Syrian people.
But, the harms and damages to the Syrians are from the inflaming from US by pressing on chemical weapons as that is the way of doing things as US moral fiber, and also the infighting form Muslim rebels, and the threat of US strike.

AS that is the exceptionalism moral crisis of US, Obama seems to get astray again to do disaster crisis based on Obama's claiming of chemical weapons issue while that is not the need of Syrian people, AS A HYPOCRITE DICTATOR TO RUN THEIR LIVES.

As lack of foresight and insight from the lesson of Iraq drama, the many disagreements and arguments of proving whoever used sarin gas on 8/21 (as If were true or not too) is a subject of never-ending arguments and time-consuming of un-resolving including other related matters, that either Obama has to act like Bush, by suppressing the pursuit of truth to strike Syria with forced Invasion for a war democracy in Syria like Iraq, to generate large psycho disaster crisis.

Enough is enough with the exceptionalism dictatorship of moral fiber from US.

While Obama is the same thing of Bush, but that is not what the world does things according to this moral degree of Obama to use never-ending chemical weapons issue again and again, by dictating to run the Syrian people --for that is the same as Bush with his moral for an invasion democracy by using WMD policy to Iraq, by genocide of few hundreds of thousands of people, by doing the never-stopping unrest violent crisis instead, which is still making the Iraqi die everyday and the ME people suffer after 11 long years.

Obama is the same old thing as Bush to do forced dictation to people by using redline saying, chemical weapons issue calling to make the Syrian lives, as Bush did to--whether Iraqi liked it or not, they had been being forced to get and to still do violences in Iraq.

What a clone-mold of Obama is, being such hypocrite dictatorship called exceptionalism by doing disaster and crisis all the time, in Libya, Egypt, and now to Syria?

What a laughing stock of silly jokes of moral fiber is of, about the US exceptionalism as if it has not Enough of them?

NONSENSE, knutter. Women have every right to decide for ourselves whether to be mothers or not, and for those who DO choose to be mothers, how many children EACH woman wants to have.
The pill is only "evil" to religious authoritarians who can't deal with the concept of WOMEN making our own sexual and reproductive decisions. That would include your past popes and the current one.
How comical is this silly little person that thinks that whatever her personal religious master says has any credence with people who are not members of his particular sect. What he mandates on reproductive and sexual matters is irrelevant to even many, many Catholics, obviously. It's a well-known fact that most American Catholic women practice birth control other than NFP. I live in NM, in a Catholic community, worked in a drugstore, here, for 13 years. Many women here use birth control, including the pill and depo shot, and we also sold tons of condoms. Lots of Mexican, Central American, and South American people here use condoms, btw, which once was an anomaly. Good for them for spurning the brainwashing of the RCC, finally!

Exactly. Churches aren't required by law to do any charity work in exchange for tax exemption. Lots of them take full advantage of that luxury, unfortunately.

I am against abortion and she knew it. Why the need to change her story? Why the need to tell me at all?
FTR, she confessed her abortion and sought Gods forgiveness. Her conscience was temporarily numbed for a few years while she continued to live of life of denial but the truth finally had surfaced full force.

Agreed. People who reject the toxic baggage of the Catholic Church are taking their personal power BACK. The church prefers that THEY be the ones with the power to make all sexual and reproductive decisions for women.

I'm just glad I live in the U.S., where I have the freedom to REJECT the regressive and oppressive doctrines of catholicism without civil or criminal penalties. Sadly, women who live in countries dominated by the Catholic Church aren't so lucky.

Yeah, bHitler's random classification scheme for whose life is worthy of life, and whose life is worthy of death sounds like Hitler himself.
Bitner was clear that she acknowledges a human (noun) exists in the womb. She is openly recommending that these human beings be stripped of civil rights.
I just posted a story yesterday about the father of a preborn baby who killed his baby using an abortifacient. He's charged w/ MURDER and facing life in prison. Why? Because that baby had rights in utero.
Wrong, that's not why.

And, by the way, I have NEVER made a declaration about anyone being "worthy".

You're another liar. And I know why, your arguments don't stand on their own without those lies.
