MEPA approval clears way for Meditech's building permit
The state said Tuesday that Meditech had completed its Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act review for its proposed five-story office expansion in Freetown, a significant milestone that enables developers to seek permits to build the project.

This project is dead. Mass Historical Commission is holding them up. MEPA has no jurisdiction over MHC's unreasonable requests. Another example of government inhibiting growth. This is going to be bombshell to the people of southcoast and the voters in general.
