Why no mention of Chef Apollo? All other articles talk about the chef and you make no mention!!!!

A restaurant is only as good as it's chef. Any food blogger worth their weight would know this and highlight this obvious star.

Actually, there were components, other than Chef Apollo, that made the experience worthwhile. But point well taken. It's a great blog topic--thanks for the tip.
