pretty neat idea, they drive you and your car home for about the same price as a taxi.

I dont like this idea. The person running the business is crazy. What if sobersam is a older guy and is called to drive home an 18 year old girl who is completely trashed and passes out in the car? What is to say she doesn't wake up the next morning and think the driver did something to her? Or what if she or anyone else claims something is missing from thier car? When people are drinking or have taken drugs there is no telling what they may try or attempt.

how do you know anyone isn't a serial killer? kind of a ridiculous question.
Second response, you have to be 21 to use the service and you sign a waiver. there is a full disclaimer on the site, too.

Listen SoberSam, it's not a ridiculous question. I know of three cases in Philadelphia where a cabbie raped a female patron after picking her up at a bar or club and bringing her home. Not far fetched at all. You have a great idea...you just need to tweak it a little. "Nono" is also correct. You maight want to seek legal advice on this one. People are always looking for easy money and I can see the lawsuit mounting for you. Be smart and think this one out. I am not bashing you...just trying to help.
