Citizen44 wrote: <quoted text> I don't need to respond to your first point, as it is just more of your overheated rhetoric, on your second point you have wandered into another subject(?), which I wasn't talking about. Your third point.... I can only tell you, CTM, I can't comprehend it for you. Newton didn't steal 80k and won't be prosecuted for that, even though of course thats what he was after. He will be prosecuted for false documentation of just $500. Did you get that?!?!? And that's not defending him. He's a dirtbag. I was trying to make you understand he's not going to do decades in jail. .........Wow, wish I could lie about $500.00 and get away with 80 grand,....Keep defending him. You wrote earlier that I was stuck on the old Golub thing. The old part is an excellent example of where the money went, why this overtaxed state has any knid of deficit. The new part, about UBS, shows a relationship and with a little investigation should show an on-going criminal enterprise on the white-collar level. Add the never proved got-what-we-paid-for from the 1/4 billion Rowland scam, 34 million for road drainage work that never appeared, 50 million gone to Enron, 100 million from the teachers fund, the constant road contract corruption, the massive amounts of garbege from New York, the huge amounts of illegal toxic chemical dumping and you have two constants, Blumenthal, the law, and McKinney, appropriations and director. And they sure ain't workin' alone. Just because you can't see these few things, and won't even acknowledge written proof, doesn't mean they aren't true. These claims I make have validation. It's not a case of "Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not after you". And no, I'm not paranoid either, just sick of seeing the truth and the way it is belittled like your 500, not 80 grand example.

Newton may go to jail for the 500, and I'm ok with that. He probably had to fill out a form swearing that the documentation was true, under penalty of jail. And he chose to lie, as a convicted felon. Isn't that bad enough?

You can't see that? Did you or some friends get some of that $80,550.00? On the board that gave that much taxpayer money to a known felon? To downplay this as the crime was to lie about where $500.00, you're either a real idiot,(my belief), or you're part of it. He commited fraud to get $80,550.00.

It's been nice without the moderator. Yeah, I am related to Newton. So yes, I do feel pressured to defend him. I could tell you some stories!

Even the newcomer propellerhead knew I was goofin. The articles you cite are good. Too bad nothing will be done about it; that is what a hopelessly democrat state is run. It's disgusting.

I'm sure the distraught man that can't really spell or speak english is laughing too after you made fun of someone that just had some serious surgery. The Yvette thread. So how old are you really? ten?

Why do pompous American Judges send so many people to prision? Who gave them these rights? Why can't the people speak their minds in court? Why would they be in contempt? I thought the Judge understood the constution? Maybe the constution and America are a joke...
