I think it will be carried out, because he was prosecuted before liberals began decriminalizing murder. Drop this POS into a tank of molten lead. Let him be eaten rats on bath salts.

I knew a very troubled person (who turned their life around admirably since) who knew about it before the police. They walked right up to the crime scene afterwards and innocently asked a cop what was going on. Brazen, huh?? Complete immunity for testifying against the POS and his brother.
