I'm surprised any one in Connecticutt would be ignorant enough to STILL support Obama with all we know now. I overestimated them. I never knew the people were so pathetic that they would support Obama's dream of a Third World future rather than a chance for prosperity with Romney??
Very sad.
Connecticut is FILLED with limousine liberals in the rich areas, blue collar zombies in the manufacturing and government areas, and ignorant reflexive democrat voters in the ghettos. It's hopeless, at least in Connecticut.

Well, that's easy - because anyone we would have passion for is smart enough to know they don't want the job! We're not going to get someone in office who actually CARES about the little people. That's a pipe dream. So the best we can do is with the lesser of 2 evils, in this case, Romney. Too many people have partaken of the Kool-Ade too often. It's a sad situation, but there is a glimmer of hope that we can get out of this alive if Obama loses in November.
agree
but
i'm scared he can win in november. you know he's gonna tear romney up in the debates. and some people still have that foolish mentality that the republicans are for big business and the democrats are for the people.....when i know BOTH parties could care less about the PEOPLE.
think of the coming nightmare if obama wins in november as a lame duck president, he'll socialize america and we'll all pay THOUSANDS of dollars more on our taxes, and that's just the start. obama is clueless on foreign policy. that's what we get when we elect a community organizer.

As you said-no common sense, changes his stance on issues depending who he is talking to. Although he may not have anything to hide on his taxes, it doesn't look good that he won't release them. Doesn't he get how bad that makes him look? Does he not care?
so you're voting for obama? sounds that way to me.
there is no law that says romney has to give out any tax information. he probaly used every tax loophole he could and might be afraid he'll be called out on it but it is leagl.
if harry reid wants to say he did'nt pay taxes in ten years then he should call the irs and have romney arrested. why isin't president talking about his accomplishments in office and his signature piece of legislation obamacare?
where are the 400,000 jobs nancy pelosi said would start when obamacare was passed? if obama wins in november and all our taxes go up....don't worry my friend i'll be here to tell anyone i told you so. a lame duck obama will poison america.

Obama joke:

Before Obama became president he was invited to dinner with the Clintons.
Hiliary asks Bill what wine to serve the Obamas. Bill tells her Red Foxx always drank Ripple. We will serve Ripple.
After a few glasses, Barack asks to use the bath room. Bill tells him second door down the hall.
Barack comes back relieved. On the way home he tells Michelle that Bill has a gold urnal. When I get to be president I am going to have a gold urnal too.
A few days later Michelle is having lunch with Hillary and comments that Barack was really impressed with Bills gold urnal and wants one just like it.
That evening Hillary tells Bill, I know who pissed in your saxaphone.

I don't think Romney is clueless at all- he can't have been, while being so successful in real life. He did pretty well as governor, too. He doesn't seem to have passion and conviction when he speaks, but this may be deliberate.... half of america is now mentally ill with liberalism, so he may be using 'baby talk' to avoid offending the sheeple. He's no Reagan, but he's lightyears better than the Messiah.
seems like your sheeple Citizen 44 keep waiting for promises you will never see again in your life...we are living Marshall law now and getting our constitional rights taking...but Americans like you wouldn't see that cause they pulled the all these politics and government pulled the wool over hour eyes so dumbies would be waiting for these promising changes...I mean who does the promises!!!!They you call us sheeple.....baaahhhhh....I think the people you call sheeple are camel rides we don't give to shits about money cause when we hit the desert,we would het there slowly but have enough water to drink and survive because we didn't let anyone drink from our well or be poluted from drinking from someone else jackass...

Once again, you're so far off the mark in your attempts to characterize me that I don't need to respond. I'll just let you make an (incoherent) fool of yourself. The other regulars on here know very well where I stand. The second half of your comment is so incoherent that I just figure you snorted some bath salts halfway through posting your 'comment'.

Yes I am, lol I know you will. You're right, I don't think he didn't pay his taxes but again, if nothing to hide, why not show them? Yes I know legaly he doesn't have to, but you have to agree that it looks bad. Come on, his father started it.

Either way, our taxes are going up. If I understand correctly with Romney's plan I can expect mine to go up 2,000. I don't have it.

It should be interesting and very scary this election. No matter who you are voting for.

If Romney 'scares you half to death' then you have been listening to rhetoric, not news. It's that simple.
Rhetoric comes almost entirely from the left.

I think (and hope) that all Romney is hiding is his success. His very success will be used against him, which speaks volumes for how low in mentality this electorate has sunk. It's absurd.

Go Lynne! I wish more women saw it like you do. Do you get in big political arguments with other ladies? I avoid political arguments with hopeless liberals- they will cling to their illness, always.

I think he is clueless in many ways. I think he is very smart, book wise, but on common sense wise, very clueless. Like at the Olympics-it doesn't matter if he was right, it was rude. All he had to say was Yes, it will be a smashing hit.

Yesterday, Romney called out the pathetic remains of Calif for voting to leave their kids a Greece style financial nightmare of wildly diminished private sector prosperity and extinction level public employee extortion schemes.

By your thinking, Romney should have said the State with the highest debt, biggest unfunded pension tsunami, most benefit and service starved illegals and nearly worst public schools in the Nation was a "smashing success".

Romney isn't like Obama. The true matters to Romney. He is a Man not just a life long, ultra divisive, political hack like obama.

Obama has got to go..........

Nah, I don't argue with liberals anymore. When they can't disprove what I'm saying, they start calling me names and thinking they're winning anyway. It's a waste of time.

That said, I just want to put forth this idea from a friend of mine, who posted on a friend's blog:

"Government is a STALKER. He's got a boner. He's got a belly full of nutritious food, and warm clothes, and some Starbucks, and fresh batteries for his Ipod, and he's sitting outside your place in his car, just waiting for you to need or even want something. ANYTHING. Game on."

The bottom line is this: The simple reason why the economy is not growing is that none of us have any money left after government theft.

And yesterday romney said that obama wants to gut the welfare work program. Not true, he's trying to give the states more responsibility. Isn't that what romney is for, letting the states decide?

And the ad that you mentioned is garbage, anyone with half a brain knows that. I would hope.

Ok, but who has let you down more, Romney or the Messiah? Surely you would answer the latter.

I'll tell you though, the vp's Romney is considering (if true) will lose the election for him. I think if he selects Rubio, he can win (I'm a huge fan of Rubio) and otherwise he loses.

I so agree. Even though our constitution says it can't, gov't is now taxing away the american dream. Forget stocking a good retirement, forget having manageable medical bills, forget social security, forget keeping much of your income, forget reasonable capital gains taxes, and forget saving it all for your kids. And instead of that money winding up in the hands of other americans in exchange for their services or wealth CREATED, it goes to a place where no wealth will be created. Duh...

Liberalism is the inevitable atrophy of reason, when life is so removed from reality that the idiot has completely lost their bearings. And liberals always call for sacrifice- on someone else's part.

Exactly. I've quoted Margaret Thatcher before, but it bears repeating that the trouble with socialism is eventually you run out of other peoples' money. And then you run out of other people! France is talking about raising its taxes yet AGAIN, to the tune of almost 70%, and the wealthy (who are the ones paying the tax) are talking about leaving! No surprise here! Oh and by the way, did you know the percentage of Americans who pay NO income tax has now hit 49.5%? Check it out: People who have no skin in the game....

....cannot and never will be your allies.

Apparently, some people LIKE having authority figures invade their personal space and assist in bringing personal bowel movements to their proper hygenic close.

It's likely the same people who live off the governement teet, and don't pay in - are also the ones who have no problems allowing the mental midgets employed by the TSA to swab their assess and fondle their testicles.

They are grown children.

IT'S ALMOST AS IF THEY LIKE IT - they expect it and they sure as hell ain't gonna be the people getting in trouble for resisting.
