To all of you idiots who have no idea what the hell your talking about.. First of all I love how when people die there all the sudden saints! The boy who died was a drug addict and was on drugs the night he died. Not just drugs but morphine patches. He was cutting them into and sucking the gel out of them. The boys in question barely hit him before they left. He OD on the drugs! I don't feel anyone deserves to die. But there's no need for the boys to go to jail for something that was not intentional. The whole fight started over drugs and money. And it wasn't even a fight. I don't feel anyone involved meant for things to turn out that way. They were friends at one point. I'm not saying that they don't deserve to be held accountable for their actions but murder charges you've got to be joking. Not to mention that it wasn't murder. Obviously it's BS giving they had to change the charge on the boys. It's rather easy for you to sit and pass judgment on something you have no idea about. And most people are hypocrites I'm sure you know someone on drugs or do them yourself! but yet here you are passing judgment on someone you don't know thinking you know what the hell your talking about! Pull your heads out of your asses and look at the whole point instead of the highlights! Most of you don't even live in WV let alone know where Weston is. So don't act like you know what happened. Shit the people in Weston don't know what happened. All they know is what everyone else has said and added to the story. So before you demand justice be sure you know what the hell your talking about or stick to the gossip in your own shitty little town!

Unless any of you were actually there when Shawn died you jabber is baseless, and even if you were I am sure your story is geared to one side or the other.
Three people have been charged as accessories for some good reason. Supposedly they encouraged the beating of Shawn. Legally an assault doesn't even require touching, it is threatening behavior that makes one feel he or she is in danger of bodily harm. Wonder how anyone of you would react with five people ganged up on you. Hell, that would be enough to give most people heart failure...let along being kicked and beaten.
The sad thing is that the lives of three people are ruined, but at least Foster and Fultineer can see daylight.

Does anyone remember the murder that happened at Goosepen back in 1978 or 1979? The murder was committed by some high school students over a "possible" drug deal gone wrong. The female killed had just come home from work at the Louie Glass Factory to find these boys in her house. They shot her several times and then wrote about it on the tunnel on their way out of Goosepen. I'm not sure if these boys (men) now are still in prison. Does anyone know how this turned out or any other details.....just wondering about this MURDER. Isn't it amasing the difference in these two crimes 30 years apart. Kids making bad choices and everytime drugs are involved and everytime it will ruin your life....Please, Kids take a lesson.
