To day this blog is 3 months old, over 900 posts. I hear the story that there are only three or four pepole on this blog: might as well say it for at leaset two months there has been a bunch in charleston and DC also watching this site too. Does anyone have a train whistle and a very bright light. I want to play a cruel joke on the idiots that are exploring the Tunnel hill train tunnel.
They claim on the site that a person was killed in that tunnel seems he couldn't get back in one of those man holes fast enough and the train hit him. They even have their own site on the web now. I think if Lake Floyd would charge admission to the tunnel they could help pay their fair share on this water project.

I was a little fat kid at back in time that went to the movies on saterday to see a B & W western movie. It was a big deal at one time. It's hell getting old and fat. So this thing On the Lake Floyd tunnel is not that far out. Think do you know of any place that charges money to walk in a tunnel in the USA. put up signs any any place along US 50. Think about it.

The Loss of Government Integrity.

Former Alaska Senator Ted Stevens was convicted of a felony last fall that ultimately cost him his seat in the United States Senate. Now we find out that the prosecutors committed misconduct in convicting him and the charges against him have been dismissed. Several Prosecutors and at least one FBI agent are cited as having committed misconduct during the investigation and court proceedings.

Had Senator Stevens not has the means and power to force the government to obey the law, his falsely obtained conviction would have been upheld.

How sad.

My two cents:

Drug courts induce defense lawyers to become part of a “team” with the judge, prosecutors, and treatment specialists. That raises troublesome ethical issues for a lawyer whose overarching obligation is to defend his accused client.
