You must be crazy if you think 15 yr old kids dont go on chat rooms. This detective should be fired ASAP along with all of those who knew it was going on. Let me guess, you dealt with Rosemary Arway "once" and she did not agree with you and that makes her a bad person and allows you to make a blanket statement about the entire police department. Do you really believe that if this “alleged” misconduct was taking place that they would not do anything about it? As a “Norwalk Citizen” do you want the Guardian Angels walking around Norwalk? Would you buy a house in a town that has Guardian Angels patrolling the streets?

Oh yeah, why wouldn't we want the guardian angels here??!! We have a gang problem, a BIG GANG problem and no amount of wishing or wanting can change that simple fact. Our police dept is too busy with other things not to welcome and embrace the Guardian Angels offer to help. Why were you so quick to dismiss such serious charges and so quick to vouch for Tom's innocence. It is a due process, reserving judgement from both sides. It's been almost a year and 3 officers either quit or resigns over this matter. Just HEARSAY, huh? duh!
